Accounts and private collections
Amazon Cognito handles Google or email sign-in. Google supplies an account identifier and verified email; we do not request Gmail, contacts or Drive access. Secure account cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. AWS stores your private card records and photos. Collection cards, selected photos, your review decisions and copied AI reports stay until you remove them or request account deletion through support.
Photo identification and AI condition reviews
With your explicit consent, OpenAI receives card-image pixels and review messages, without your account, payment or order details. Upload only photos you have the right to use; leave out faces, addresses and other personal details. Image metadata is validated and removed before processing. OpenAI response storage is disabled; its standard API abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Temporary photo access lasts 24 hours and uploads are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Drafts and conversations expire after 30 days. Saving to your collection retains separate copies of the selected photos and report.
Suggested and confirmed identity fields, correction markers and model versions are retained for identification-quality review for 180 days, without photos, free-text conversation or account identifiers in that feedback record. They do not automatically become verified catalog facts or training data.
Card background and test credits
Requesting enrichment sends public card identity fields to OpenAI for bounded web research and to Firecrawl for supported source pages. OpenAI synthesizes those pages into private explanations for your review; model response storage is disabled. Do not enter personal information in these fields. Photos, private notes, account and payment details are not sent. Source evidence is cached and reused across matching cards. eBay market collection and valuation remain disabled. We retain an account-bound test-credit balance and service reservations, outcomes and refunds to prevent duplicate spending and provide support.
Detail conversations
When you send a follow-up, OpenAI receives your question, the public card identity, the selected detail and evidence, and previous messages for that detail. Photos, private notes and account identifiers are excluded. Replies use saved research without new web searches. Conversations stay private until you remove the card; only wording you explicitly save as an edited detail can appear in your showcase or listing description. OpenAI response storage is disabled; standard abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. This test release includes twelve follow-up attempts per card with delivered research, subject to daily limits, at no additional test-credit cost.
Sharing and removal
Your collection starts private. A showcase displays only explicitly shared cards: confirmed identity, selected photos, your public caption, seller-observed condition, and accepted or edited details. It excludes private notes, planned asking prices and AI reports. Editing a shared card makes it private again. Disabling sharing stops new access; existing photo links expire within five minutes. Visitors may have saved a copy while a card was public.
Removing a collection card immediately hides it and queues deletion of its archived photos. Pending cleanup remains visible and retryable in your collection. Temporary uploads and prior drafts keep their existing expiry periods. An opaque deletion marker prevents late workers from restoring a removed card. Contact support for earlier deletion or account-wide access, correction or deletion requests.
Other providers and existing records
Google Analytics runs according to your privacy settings and receives workflow categories, not card identities, photos, notes, prices or account credentials. Mailgun delivers support email. Stripe and existing order records remain for historical transaction support; this release does not create card purchases or sell credits. We do not sell your personal information.
