What these numbers mean

Only real payments recorded by this shop count. Test purchases and sales elsewhere are excluded. Paid orders and cards sold exclude orders held for review. Refunds do not erase an original payment. Gross payments include payments held for review and are before refunds, fees and shipping costs; they are not seller earnings.

A payment dispute is a claim made through a buyer’s payment provider. A dispute can later be decided in the seller’s favor. An order is counted once even if it has more than one dispute.

Complaint outcomes are recorded by shop support and linked to a purchase. They are not independent ratings. Resolving an upheld complaint preserves the upheld finding. Complaint details and buyer identities are private. No recorded complaints does not mean that no complaint has ever occurred.
